On January 11, 2010, The Institute of Medicine (IOM) released the report "Hepatitis and Liver Cancer – A National Strategy for Prevention and Control of Hepatitis B and C." The report highlights a troubling lack of knowledge among health-care and social-service providers, at-risk populations, the general public and policy makers about the devastating impact of viral hepatitis.

Hepatitis B Community Awareness Initiative Launch
